Next week is when the brand-new Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro are expected to go on sale globally. The Pixel series will make its debut in the Indian market this year as well. Google has not yet officially confirmed the exact launch date for India. However, the business has lately revealed that the Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro pre-orders will start in the country on October 6.
The Pixel 7 and 7 Pro will be available for purchase in India starting on October 6 at 9:30 p.m. via Flipkart, according to the company. The official price of the Pixel smartphones is unknown at this time.
According to reports, there won’t be many changes between the Pixel 6 series and the Pixel 7 series. While the Pixel 7 Pro will have a 6.7-inch QHD+ OLED 120Hz screen, the Pixel 7 will have a 6.3-inch FHD+ OLED 90Hz display. For security, an in-display fingerprint scanner will be installed on both phones. The upcoming Pixel devices will run Android 13 out of the box and be powered by Google’s in-house Tensor G2 chip.
The Pixel 7 Pro will feature three cameras on the back: a 48-megapixel telephoto lens, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 50-megapixel primary camera. On the other hand, the Pixel 7 will have the same primary camera and an ultra-wide on the back.
The Pixel 7 series has storage capacities of up to 256 GB and up to 12 GB of RAM. The standard model’s battery capacity is 4,700mAh, while the Pro model’s battery capacity is 5,000mAh. Both smartphones will be compatible with wireless charging and 33W fast charging.
