So, the official OnePlus 11 renders have just leaked online. However, this may not be your first glimpse at OnePlus’s future flagship. Another leak was discovered in September. These images revealed an improved circular camera island with three sensors. They also showed that OnePlus continues to use Hasselblad branding.
The previous leak, on the other hand, was nothing more than a high-resolution CAD render. And such leaks about phones occur on a regular basis. As a result, no one could guarantee that the upcoming OnePlus 11 will include an updated camera module. It’s now official, thanks to this leak!
According to OnLeaks, the next OnePlus will be called the ‘OnePlus 11 Pro.’ However, the OnePlus 11 renders released by the leaker indicate that the company may not employ the ‘Pro’ moniker for the future phone. Despite the moniker change, the upcoming OnePlus phone is expected to have the same design as seen in earlier models.
According to the leaks, the new OnePlus 11 will have an improved camera island. Yes, this is the same camera module that was seen in the previous CAD render leak. That means you can count on a circular camera island flowing towards the left edge.
In terms of camera number, the official leak reveals three sensors. The branding in the centre of the module hints that these sensors will come with Hasselblad settings. Let us not forget that the camera module will also include an LED flash.
Oneplus 11 specs
OnePlus has revealed that the new OnePlus 11 will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 CPU. And the business has yet to reveal the rest of the flagship’s specifications. Previous OnePlus 11 reports, on the other hand, suggested that the device would feature a 6.7-inch QHD+ AMOLED panel with a 120 Hz refresh rate.
According to the leaks, the phone will have a ceramic body, up to 256 GB of UFS 4.0 storage, and 16 GB of RAM. So, how about the cameras? We learned the following from past and current OnePlus 11 render leaks:
- Primary camera with 50 MP
- 48 MP wide-angle camera
- 2x telephoto camera with 32 MP
- 16 MP selfie camera
However, there is no news on which sensors the camera module will use. However, according to the market, the array could include a Sony IMX766. Yes, it is currently not the greatest sensor on the market. However, because it is not a “Pro” model, OnePlus’ sensor selection can be considered adequate.
But wait, there’s more! Other hardware leaks have exposed some critical specs. The OnePlus 11, for example, is said to offer 100W wired fast charging. As a result, you should expect the phone to charge quite quickly. The sources also mentioned an in-display fingerprint scanner, something we’ve seen in previous iterations of the range.
Furthermore, previous rumors indicated that the phone will use WiFi 6E and Bluetooth 5.2 chips. These two chips are comparable to the competition. And they are rather solid.
Oneplus 11 availability
The new OnePlus 11 will most likely be unveiled in China early next year. The official announcement will be followed by an international debut in the coming months. Even if we only have leaks, you may expect the same design and camera module in the official announcement. After all, these were obtained from a reliable leaker.
