Oppo A32 price in Nigeria and Full Specs

Oppo has been releasing new affordable devices to its A-series for some time now and recently added the Oppo A32 to the collection. It features a  6.5-inch display, triple rear cameras, 5000mAh battery capacity, and impressive design. Oppo seems to have taken every feasible measure to ensure that their A-series mid-ranger devices are competing well in the market. The phone has all of the features seen in most mid-rangers like a punch-hole cutout, fast-charging support, decent performance specs, and a good design.

Oppo A32 features an LCD screen and a punch-hole which houses the 8MP selfie lens. The screen size is at 6.5-inch with a screen-to-body ratio of 89.2 percent, 90Hz refresh rate, and a resolution of 720×1600 pixels with a density of 269 PPI pixels for a better and more immersive viewing experience. Frankly, the punch hole isn’t a novelty design anymore because it is seen in almost every budget device these days.

The rare camera setup is composed of triple rear sensors. We have a 13MP (f/2.2) primary sensor backed by a 2MP (f/2.4) macro-lens and 2MP (f/2.4) depth lens.

The A32 comes with a strong combination of 4 GB RAM and 128 GB ROM that can be expanded via an sd card. It is powered by an Octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 460 processor which features four Kryo 240 Silver high-efficiency cores operating at 1.8 GHz along with four 240 Gold operating at 1.8 GHz. The Snapdragon 460 integrates the Adreno 610 GPU which delivers a smooth user experience with low power consumption.

It holds a 5000mAh battery unit with 18W fast charging technology support via USB Type-C charging. Oppo claims that a full charge can watch videos online for about 14 hours. The device comes in three dazzling three – fantasy blue, mint green, and glass black.

Oppo A32 price in Nigeria & availability

For the 4 GB RAM and 128 GB storage variant, it is priced at 1,199 Yuan (~$175) ~ N67,000 while the 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB storage variant is priced at 1,499 Yuan (~$219) ~ N83,000.

A major problem here is the price. For the single 4 GB RAM and 128 GB storage variant it is priced at roughly N67k that’s a lot considering a dozen smartphones offering similar specs and more solid performance like Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 or even Xiaomi Redmi 9.

The Oppo A32 will go on sale in China on September 15 via Oppos‘s official website.

Oppo A32 is expected to hit the Nigerian market by a couple of weeks to come. Nevertheless, The Oppo A32 price in Nigeria is estimated to range from N75,000 to N80,000 as the starting price.

In a summary, if the company had packed better performance specs and a better camera then I think Oppo A32 might be a perfect midrange device. Otherwise, it’s just a decent midrange that won’t fit for consumers who want a powerful device.

Note that Oppo A32 is a rebrand of Oppo A53 that was recently released in Indonesia.
