Since the Oppo Find X5 was released all the way back in spring 2022, this indicates that the introduction of the next generation, which will consist of the Find X6 and the Find X6 Pro, is almost near.
There is no information about the Find X6 and Find X6 Pro’s specifications that have been revealed by the listings. In the next few days, it is anticipated that both devices will be listed in the databases provided by 3C and TENAA.
Here is everything that we currently know about the Oppo Find X6 series
When will the Oppo Find X6 going to be launched?
There is currently no definite timetable for when the Find X6 will become available to the public. Naturally, we may derive an approximation of when it might be by referring to the models that came before it. The following is how they were arranged:
- March of 2022 for the Oppo Find X5
- March of 2021 for the Oppo Find X3,
As can be seen from the preceding pattern, Oppo tends to launch new generations of the Find X models during the month of March. Considering this, it is highly possible that the Oppo Find X6 will be introduced during the month of March 2023. Considering Oppo’s previous work, we can assume that this will be a launch on a worldwide scale.
However, according to a number of different rumors, the Oppo Find X6 series will make its debut at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2023 tech trade event, which will take place in Barcelona, Spain, during the month of February.
In China, the Find X6 and X6 Pro versions have been spotted in the CMIIT certification database, which suggests that they will be released sooner rather than later. This suggests that the two smartphones may soon make their debut on the domestic market.
The CMIIT authority has given its clearance to the production of two new Oppo gadgets with the model numbers PGFM10 and PGEM10. In China, we anticipate these models will be marketed as the Find X6 and the Find X6 Pro when they make their debut.
Oppo Find X6, X6 Pro specs (Expected)
In terms of the real specifications, we have some knowledge about chipsets. The next phone in Oppo’s Find X line, which will be called the Find X6, will employ the brand-new Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, which the company has already announced it will use.
That does not necessarily mean that the 8 Gen 2 will be included in each and every Find X6 handset, though. Digital Agent 007, a leaker on Weibo, claims that the Find X6 Pro will employ the 8 Gen 2, while the standard Find X6 will use the older Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1. That makes sense, but you should take it with a pinch of salt because this isn’t a leaker who has provided us with a lot of information in the past.
In a brief report, a more reputable leaker Digital Chat Station has also dropped hints about the displays, saying that we’ll see a 2K panel on the X6 Pro, and a 1.5K panel on the X6. There is no information available on the actual display technology, but at a minimum, we should expect 120Hz AMOLED screens.
On the rear of the Find X6 Pro are rumored to be three cameras, each with a resolution of 50 megapixels and the ability to handle up to 120 x zoom . It is anticipated that the front-facing cameras of both phones will be Sony IMX709 models with 32 megapixels. It is anticipated that the Find X6 will include a triple camera system with a resolution of 50 megapixels.
The Find X6 could have a battery capacity of 4,800 mAh and support for fast charging at 80 w, while the Find X6 Pro could have a battery capacity of 5,000 mAh, support for fast charging at 100 watts, and support for wireless charging at 50 watts. LPDDR5x RAM, UFS 4.0 storage, and Android 13 operating system with ColorOS 13 are going to be included on both phones.
