I know you’ve probably heard of the Redmi K30 5G that was released sometime in January. Gentlemen, this is the latest Redmi K30 5G Racing Edition (or Extreme Edition or Speed Edition), a device that exactly looks like the Redmi K30 5G.
But, the Redmi K30 5G Racing Edition rocks the latest Snapdragon 768G chipset. The Snapdragon 768G is just an overclocked Snapdragon 765G chipset with an integrated 5 G modem.
But Still, the Snapdragon 768G will offer more CPU & GPU performance than the Snapdragon 765G that is found in the Redmi K30 5G.
Yeah. This is the 5 G era! and every Phone manufacturer is trying their very best to deliver a phone with a chipset that is integrated with a 5 G Modem.

Quick Review
The device rocks a 6.67-inch FHD+ IPS screen with HDR10. A refresh rate of 120Hz, which seems to be good. There’s a Rounded rectangular punch-hole on the top-right edge of the display for the 20MP selfie shooter and 2MP depth sensor.
The rear boasts four camera modules and this consists of 64MP (f/1.9) main shooter alongside the ultra-wide 8 MP (f/2.2), a 5 MP (f/2.4), and a 2 MP (f/2.4) macro lens.
The battery enters at 4,500mAh and with this capacity, you may think you’ll enjoy more and more time gaming at 120Hz? I think that’s not the case! But it can last longer on other activities like Talktime, web browsing, listening to music, etc.
The Redmi K30 5G Racing Edition has a Type-C USB port operating on the older USB 2.0. The port supports USB-OTG connectivity. Wireless charging is not supported. The device will ship only with an 8 GB RAM and 128 ROM variant. As usual, the device comes with MIUI skin, based on Andriod 10.
