Samsung Galaxy M31 is one of the most expensive devices in the entire M series and the price of Samsung Galaxy M31 in Nigeria is around $310 approx N115,000.
The Galaxy M31 is a direct successor of the Galaxy M30 released last year but this year’s Galaxy M31 includes more camera-related changes to define itself.
While the Samsung Galaxy M31 is a budget Andriod smartphone priced at a reasonable price of N115,000, it does not fail when it comes to the features mounted on it. The Galaxy M31 includes 6.4 Inch super AMOLED display, quadruple rare cameras of which the primary sensor is 64 MP, a 32 MP selfie shooter, and a HUGE 6000mAh battery.
The M31 seems pretty much the same as the Galaxy M30s, that both handsets appear to have a similar waterdrop notch, the screen size (super AMOLED) and the camera arrangement on the back. The only difference is that in the M31 there’s an additional camera. Apart from that, the rectangular bump which houses the cameras and the LED light, as well as the fingerprint scanner are all the same.

The Samsung Galaxy M31’s design is pretty simple and sleek. The front of the handset has a 6.4 inch super AMOLED display with a resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels. A water drop cut out at the top center of the screen with a 32 MP camera embedded within the notch. The phone comes with an abundant 80.9% screen-to-body ratio and this is due to its tiny bezels at the top and side of the screen. At the bottom is a small chin. The device screen is protected by a Corning Gorilla Glass 3.
With regard to the device body, we have the power and volume buttons on the right side. The SIM card slot is on the left edge, while on the bottom, there is a Type C port, a 3.5mm jack, and the speaker grills.

The Exynos 9611 chipset isn’t the most efficient out there right now but it’s still decent to handle basic everyday tasks, and even decent to handle multitasking. This makes the Samsung Galaxy M31 not a worthy upgrade in terms of performance, despite the increase in the size of the RAM when compared with the Galaxy M30s that was released last year. As for the camera, it is very advantageous for an upgrade from the M30s.
The device’s UI (Pretty simple and nice) indeed adds several substantial gains when it comes to battery life. The device comes with a MASSIVE 6000mAh battery and on a single charge, makes it last for more than 3 days (For an average phone user). However, when it runs out of power, it supports a 15W fast charging that will juice it up in no time.
