One of the best makers of Chinese-based smartphones has decided to launch new flagship phones. Among the smartphones launched, the Vivo X80 series has two variants, with two processor options: the snapdragon 8 Gen 1 and the Dimensity 9000. As mentioned earlier, these processors aim to provide users with the best performance in their capacities.
However, the X80 series will soon become an old model since there would be an entirely new model by the Vivo smartphone brand; the forthcoming Vivo X90 model, according to tech leakers, will be available in the digital market in early November. It has even been speculated that this device model will come with the new Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor.
The Design Style And Dual Chip Strategy Of Vivo X90 Will Remains Unchanged
Before proceeding, the Vivo X90 will come in three variants: the Standard, the PRO, and the PRO+. Even though the X90 series might come with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 Processor, some of its models or variant might also be packed with the Dimensity 9000+ processor chips. Unlike the performance of the predecessor chips, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 is expected to be improved by 10%, which has already been done as seen in other high-end Android. There is also an improvement in energy efficiency by 15%, and even the advancement of Artificial Intelligence improves by 50%, which also goes to the ISP performance.
Additionally, we know that the VIVO X90 Pro + will utilize a self-developed imaging chip in addition to the Sony IMX989 with a 1-inch outsole. Therefore, it will create competition for the top models available from Android manufacturers.
This smartphone is said to be packed with UFS 4.0 storage and a dual-cell battery life of 5000 mAh that has the capacity to support from 100W to 120W charging. In addition, one of the variants, the X90 Pro +, will have a 1-inch camera sensor with an ultra-wide snapper and a telephoto camera of 64-megapixel while having a 5x optical zoom feature.
Moreover, the camera of most Vivo smartphones typically aims for an optimized photography experience, which is why the Vivo X90 will feature the Vivo V2 ISP chipset. Note that this chipset is essentially the successor to the first image-processing chip that the Vivo smartphone brand introduced for the first generation of flagship smartphones.
