At a launch event today, Xiaomi presented a number of gadgets, including smartphones from the Xiaomi 13 series. The Xiaomi Buds 4 were also revealed by the brand. The Buds 4 Pro, which made their debut in China in August of this year, were scaled down for the TWS earphones. They are the replacement for the Xiaomi Buds 3 from the previous year.
The Xiaomi Buds 4 have a semi-in-ear design similar to the AirPods. The earphones lack silicone ear tips and are water-resistant according to IPX54 standards. Each earbud features a cutout for a microphone. By tapping on the earbud’s stem, users can manage a number of features.

The audio device also includes LHDC 5.0 for CD-level sound quality and Hi-Res audio wireless certification. For calls with clear quality, there are three built-in microphones and noise reduction. Additionally, the device can actually remove wind noise.
The Xiaomi Buds 4 are packaged in a dual-tone, pebble-shaped charging and storage case that has a glossy finish on the top and a plasticy feel on the bottom. A 480mAh battery powers the TWS earphones, and each earbud is supported by a 30mAh cell. It has a playback time of 6 hours and a battery life of 30 hours overall. Two devices can be concurrently linked to the audio device.
The price of the Xiaomi Buds 4 is RMB 699, or roughly $100. It is available in the colors Field Green, Salt Lake White, and Moon Shadow. The TWS earphones are available for purchase in China.
